Staff Related / Promotion Requirements

How to get promoted
1. Be active on the server
2. Prove that you are capable of dealing with high-stress situations
3. Be loyal to higher ups AND the community
Rank Specific
Helper -> Moderator
1. Must be a staff member for four consecutive weeks
2. Must prove that he/she is mature when needed to be
3. Must prove that he/she is able to handle situations maturely and correctly, without ANY freak-outs
Moderator -> Administrator
1. Must be a staff member for at least two months
2. Must be mature and respectful
3. Must have at least 80% of the votes from higher-ups
4. Must be at least 16 years of age
Adminstrator -> Higher Up
1. MUST be trusted by Global Manager(s) and Global Administrator(s)
2. MUST have approval by ALL of the staff team
3. MUST be thoroughly tested
Administrator -> Jr. Developer
1. Must be trusted by Leader of Development
2. Must be trusted by ALL of the staff
3. Must be trusted by ALL of the Developers
4. Must provide proof that they are fit for the job
5. CAN'T BE LAZY
Jr. Developer -> Developer
1. Must show loyalty
2. Must prove that they can do the job
3. Must be active

We as a server would like to apologize for any emotional/physical damage done by a now demoted staff member, Benjy. He has been dealt with accordingly and will not become staff due to reasons that we will not be discussing.
